Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, they should have experience with AP, AR, GL basics, such as posting, reconciliation, and daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
