Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations to verify adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.
- Execute routine quality assessments, including physical, chemical, and sensory tests.
- Examine quality data to detect patterns, improvement opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of quality assurance activities.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to tackle and resolve quality-related challenges.
- Engage with suppliers and external laboratories for quality testing and evaluation.
- Offer training and support to production personnel on quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally within the food production sector.

- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in utilizing software for data analysis and documentation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
