We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a great school district near Norwich, CT. The ideal candidate will possess an active RBT Certification and a PEL license, with experience working with students in the district.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality support to students
- Develop and implement effective behavior plans to promote student success
- Provide individualized support to students with varying needs and abilities
- Active RBT License in CT or National RBT Certification
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
