As a Home Health Occupational Therapist with Resource 1 Homecare Staffing, LLC., you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • D.C. Occupational Therapist License
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for home health care
