Job Title: IT Support Technician

Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS-Iowa) is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver exceptional technical customer service. This is an onsite, full-time hourly position that offers competitive pay and an excellent career growth opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and onsite break/fix and project support for customers
  • Take initiative on assigned projects to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience with a knowledge of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, general network support, and mobile device support, OR an AA Degree in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
