Administrative Assistant Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating with administrative staff, and efficiently handling tasks during peak periods. Responsibilities:
• Manage client interactions and communications
• Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure efficient task execution
• Prepare and assemble client tax returns, payroll forms, and statements
• Maintain digital files and scan client documents
• Provide backup Receptionist services as needed
• Restock kitchen and break room supplies

Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location
