The Community Engagement Coordinator is essential in assisting the leadership of community leasing operations and processes. This role is tasked with inspiring community staff to provide outstanding service to residents while ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction. In the absence of the Community Manager, the Community Engagement Coordinator may take on leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager in supervising the leasing team and facilitating training,
  • Support Leasing Consultants in leasing units and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations,
  • Oversee rental collections, bank deposits, and community financial operations,
  • Conduct monthly market analysis and suggest pricing modifications,
  • Address resident inquiries and coordinate solutions,
  • Execute administrative tasks as assigned by the Community Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered,
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in property management preferred,
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus,
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills are crucial,
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service,
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication,
  • A resourceful and organized approach is essential.

Compensation:

Hourly compensation: $36.00 with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
