Enterprise Account Executive Generalist

Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for pursuing new local Enterprise accounts while managing an existing portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Pursue new local Enterprise accounts and manage an existing portfolio to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to outline beneficial combinations of networking products that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Partner with clients to connect them with telecommunications products that meet their business requirements.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to support renewals and upsell opportunities, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting a thorough ROI analysis.
  • Request a site survey to determine serviceability and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer with a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Relationship-building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Quick learner with the ability to manage change and shifting priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG to leverage sales tools and technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook to effectively manage client interactions and sales activities.
  • Experience selling telecommunications products B2B to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
