Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Assist the Chef De Cuisine in planning and executing menus that meet the high standards of our clients and guests.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality food dishes that meet the expectations of our clients and guests.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet our culinary needs.
- Catering and Events: Assist in planning and executing catering events and other special occasions, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced culinary environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Culinary Education: A degree in culinary arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of culinary professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with inventory management software.
