Capital One Landing is seeking a skilled Commissary Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our commissary kitchen, working closely with our F&B partner, Jose Andres Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Chef De Cuisine in managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account.
- Contribute to the planning and creation of menus, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our clients' expectations.
- Produce and execute catering events, showcasing our culinary expertise and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new culinary programs, aligning with Company marketing and culinary initiatives.
- A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field.
- Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, with a focus on high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
- Catering experience is a plus, with a comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends.
- Must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
- ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
