Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents;
  • Prepare necessary filings, licenses, and contractual agreements;
  • Support the General Counsel in overseeing and tracking corporate compliance issues;
  • Maintain accurate corporate and transactional records for the organization;
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel on daily tasks;
  • Respond to standard inquiries regarding legal operations;
  • Compile reports for the legal team;
  • Organize and manage the legal filing system, ensuring important records are filed appropriately;
  • Process legal invoices and manage incoming mail and legal notifications;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, particularly in real estate and corporate law;
  • Strong organizational skills are essential;
  • Notary certification or eligibility is advantageous;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
  • A proven history of quick learning, initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
