  • Determine Medical Necessity: Assess and evaluate medical necessity to ensure optimal healthcare treatment and outcomes.
  • Facilitate Optimal Outcomes: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal outcomes and improve healthcare program efficiency.
  • Identify Quality Opportunities: Identify and follow through on continuous quality and compliance opportunities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Educate and Empower: Educate and empower customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction, and promote patient advocacy.
  • Optimize Total Costs: Implement and evaluate policies to optimize total costs and improve healthcare program efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare management or a related field.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master's level clinician degree in behavioral health or human services.
  • Skills: Possess strong case management, behavioral health, and social services skills, with the ability to travel as needed.
