About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Stamping Quality Engineer to join our team at Compass Tech International. As a Stamping Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing dimensional and formability activities during new model launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of engineering standards, specifications, and quality systems to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure testing and data collection progress to guarantee on-time launches with a focus on process capability.
  • Evaluate collected data to provide a clear path forward at the next new model event.
  • Perform quality auditing to confirm fixture and equipment are in standard and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or relevant experience required.
  • 0-6 years of experience based on education, manufacturing experience preferred.
