Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team at CyberTec. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering services via ServiceNow for projects of various sizes and subject matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and taking the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of assigned ServiceNow requests, projects, and tasks. This includes hosting sprint planning sessions, providing time and resource estimates, and ensuring a mutual understanding of the request and proposed approach/response between the PTC and the Contractor.

The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will also be responsible for documenting requirements, user stories, and testing plans, as well as performing and/or coordinating unit, system integration, user acceptance, and other testing as specified by the PTC. Additionally, the candidate will work with the PTC system administration team to have changes code and peer reviewed, then implemented into PROD.

The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of expertise in delivering services via ServiceNow for projects of various sizes and subject matters, and 5 or more years of experience in delivering ServiceNow services as described within this request. The candidate should also have demonstrated exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently to accomplish tasks and duties assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and take the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of assigned ServiceNow requests, projects, and tasks.

Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of expertise in delivering services via ServiceNow for projects of various sizes and subject matters.
  • 5 or more years of experience in delivering ServiceNow services as described within this request.
  • Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks and duties assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
  • ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.

Certifications/Education:

  • ServiceNow certifications: CIS-ITSM, CSA, or ServiceNow Certified Developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems.
