We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Enter customer orders into our order entry system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Promote and support sales promotions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and other field staff to deliver premier customer service.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide same-day responses to customer inquiries regarding order status and backorder information.
  • Process credit and return requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform daily maintenance to customer orders to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Experience in customer service and high-volume call handling.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and organization skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
