The marketing operations coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project tracking and prioritization, ensuring that resources are effectively managed to meet critical deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the intake, scope, and execution of projects across various marketing teams.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and provide updates on the status of all ongoing projects while forecasting future projects and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Channel Execution leadership to optimize resource capacity and adjust project assignments in response to shifting priorities.
  • Guarantee that essential campaign and go-to-market projects are completed punctually to achieve demand funnel objectives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in a marketing project management capacity.
  • Proficiency in utilizing enterprise project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Wrike, Microsoft Project).
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and core functions.
  • Understanding of the processes involved in creating marketing assets and design workflows is advantageous.
