Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining our network servers and technology tools at our main office and branch locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure software and hardware to ensure seamless network operations
  • Manage network servers and technology tools to optimize performance and security
  • Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages to minimize downtime
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models to stay ahead of the curve
  • Document playbooks to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an IT environment
  • Related college degree
  • Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
