We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across our main office and branch locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure software and hardware to meet business needs
  • Manage and maintain network servers and technology tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues and outages in a timely manner
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including access controls, backups, and firewalls
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements and upgrades
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT environment, preferably with a related college degree
  • Strong knowledge of network services and protocols, including vCenter, Windows Server, Fedora Server, and more
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
