Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Production Operator to become a vital part of our Industrial Group. This role will report to the Value Stream Resource Manager and involves an onsite work schedule.

Qualifications: To qualify for the Production Operator position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred; alternatively, a proven ability to comprehend and apply all work instructions and training.
  • A strong focus on quality, mechanical skills, and good manual dexterity.

Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operator, your duties will include:

  • Executing basic assembly tasks in accordance with required manufacturing documentation.
  • Properly storing, cleaning, and maintaining tools, equipment, and chemicals; ensuring calibration dates and seals are verified.
  • Conducting electrical testing utilizing automated testing equipment.
  • Performing soldering, interpreting blueprints, and utilizing microscopes.
  • Completing necessary paperwork for each component accurately and legibly.
  • Carrying out minor rework following Standard Rework Procedures, Quality History Tag Instructions, or rework routers.

Salary: The hourly wage for this position is $15.50.

Note: This position requires access to information controlled by United States Export regulations.

Compensation Disclaimer: The stated pay range reflects the low and high end of the Moog pay scale for this role. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and performance. The listed rate is one component of Moog's overall compensation package, which may also include profit-sharing bonuses, employee stock purchase plans, flexible paid time off policies, and competitive 401K plans with enhanced matching programs.
