GENERAL SUMMARY

Overall Summary would be to work with our Technicians to order correct parts and insure the parts come in on time. Ability to follow up and perform cycle council of inventory. Also working directly with Service Advisors when parts become available and arrive to ensure that customers are being contacted in a timely fashion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures that the correct part is available for every customer.
  • Maintains a clean, professional environment.
  • Monitors the flow of work in the Parts Department and intervenes as needed to ensure the work is completed on time, and technician’s needs are met
  • Maintains high ethical standards in daily activities.
  • Departs from traditional ways of doing things as appropriate to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
