Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership standards.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic tests and inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate effectively with customers and Service Advisors to provide estimates and updates on repair progress.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
- B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- A positive, friendly attitude, with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
