  • Ability to recommend additional services to clients based on assessments and/or manufacturer and Valvoline guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in face-to-face interactions
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Openness to being cross-trained as a top-side technician
  • Full mobility and ability to work with hands raised
  • Capacity to stand for extended durations and navigate stairs
  • Comfort in a non-climate-controlled setting
