About the Role:
- Bake all of the fresh bread and pastries that our cafes need each day
- Maintain our high standards of flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
- Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
- Step in and support your manager and team as needed
Requirements:
- Love baking – even if you're a beginner (we provide training)
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
- Like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
- Be committed to food safety
- Have your own transportation to drive to other locations as needed
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
