The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO.

This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations, responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data, identifying appropriate expected outcomes, and developing and implementing patient plans of care.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of advanced practice experience and a Master's Degree, with dual licensure as an APRN in Missouri and Kansas, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management
  • Consult with clients to influence plan of care using prescriptive authority procedures and treatment in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Evaluate client progress in attaining expected outcomes
  • Conduct nursing research and provide education to patient family and nursing staff

Requirements
  • Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
  • Advanced Practice Provider Cert (MO/KS) - Various, Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Master's Degree
