Job Summary

Bunzl Distribution USA is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering and processing customer orders
  • Investigating customer complaints and finding solutions
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs
  • Expediting orders as required
  • Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • AS400 experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
