Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Bunzl Distribution USA is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Investigating customer complaints and finding solutions
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs
- Expediting orders as required
- Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- AS400 experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
