POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Client Relationship Manager is tasked with overseeing the enduring partnerships with high-volume clients to guarantee client satisfaction and sustained growth within existing accounts. This role will take charge of the daily account management duties, encompassing all service, product, and pricing requirements, as well as strategic expansion and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the transition of new accounts post-initial implementation and foster subsequent account growth by assessing client business requirements and aligning them with TEKTREE SOFTWARE SERVICES solutions. Regular engagement with assigned clients is essential, which includes managing their products, proposals, technology requirements, and more, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-specific matters. Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors. Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to guarantee the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders through structured service reviews.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics to develop and manage client retention strategies; recognize triggers based on client behavior and engage with clients who express intentions to terminate or downgrade services to positively influence their decisions for mutual benefit.
  • Identify needs and growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with the Sales team to devise account strategies and bundled solutions.
  • Address all client issues and provide escalation as necessary. Manage year-end pricing adjustments and contract renewals.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Responsibilities may evolve to align with business objectives and are not intended to be exhaustive. Travel may be required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in account and project management or relevant fields, showcasing problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare sector or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated communication skills; ability to conduct solo account meetings and presentations at the highest organizational levels with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-level tasks and demanding projects while maintaining organization and timely completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional delivery of client-focused solutions tailored to client needs and company capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with first-rate listening, analytical, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to effectively provide and receive feedback.
  • Proven networking skills, with a history of collaborating effectively with others to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Keen awareness of emerging issues with a proven track record for swift resolution to mitigate negative impacts on clients and/or the company.
  • Detail-oriented with low error rates, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment where re-prioritization is frequent and necessary to maintain client confidence and uphold TEKTREE's exemplary reputation.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in a related field) or significant work experience equivalency. All prospective employees must pass a background and drug check.
