Behavioral Specialist Respite Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist Respite Provider to join our Child Focused ACTT Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-on-one guidance, parenting training, and coaching to clients and families, as well as flexible day and evening respite services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct behavioral and skills coaching support to clients and families.
- Develop and maintain a strengths-based family and community approach.
- Ensure effective intervention and problem-solving techniques are utilized in all treatment settings.
- Role model respect, empathy, and appropriate boundaries and communication with clients and family members.
- Provide planned day or evening respite care to children and families on the Child Focused ACTT Team.
- Must qualify as an AP or a QP (QP preferred).
- Must have one year experience working with children with serious emotional disturbance.
- Requires effective communication, decision making, analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and professionalism skills and abilities.
