Exceptional Children Behavior Support Specialist Autism Classroom Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Support Technician to join our team at Iredell-Statesville School District. As a Behavior Support Technician, you will work closely with students with autism to provide individualized support and create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide behavioral support to students with autism in a classroom setting
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working with students with autism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
