  • Organize and oversee project activities, formulate budget estimates, monitor expenditures, track project progress, and deliver status updates to management across various levels of the agency.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to team members to ensure project deadlines are met, including support in document preparation and completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to comprehensively gather and understand project requirements and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate engagement strategies with Federal, state, local, and tribal authorities, project sponsors, and the public to manage expectations through effective information dissemination and strategic communication.
  • Ensure early detection of project risks, challenges, or issues and facilitate their resolution in the most effective manner possible.
