Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing a defined engineering discipline and participating in the design, development, and deployment of resources, tools, systems, and processes required to fulfill specific customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to develop project cost estimates and sales presentations
  • Facilitate development and training of engineering personnel, including setting and monitoring of individual goals
  • Perform high-level engineering work and maintain a utilization level in alignment with business targets
  • Contribute to branch strategic planning and achieve expected financial results for the engineering discipline
  • Review and approve project designs by team members
  • Stay abreast of new development/releases of technology and apply to projects, processes as necessary
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in the Building Automation industry
  • Proven advanced technical knowledge of applications involving building operations, including HVAC, Automation, and Security Systems
