At US Frontline News, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales staff in monitoring active purchase orders and ensuring that orders are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain sales orders, invoices, and bill-back data within our Company database.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that ordered items are in stock.
  • Collect payment by cash, check, or credit card and generate receipts for will call customers, and deposits to our bank account in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport.
  • Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensure that orders are completed on time.
  • Create sales and marketing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese at the Professional Working level is a must.
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree and above preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic mathematical knowledge markups, discounts, combining/converting measurements, counting inventory, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Japanese foods and sakes strongly preferred.
