Job Title: EDI Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an EDI Support Specialist with expertise in integrating electronic relationships through EDI to facilitate data exchange between disparate systems. This role will support our efforts to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop EDI maps based on the X12 standard for data exchange.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve EDI-related issues.
- Assist in the integration and implementation of EDI solutions using MuleSoft.
- Monitor EDI performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to educate staff on EDI processes and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with EDI systems (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and a proven track record of success.
- Experience developing EDI maps and using MuleSoft (a Salesforce product).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Background in data analysis processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
