Business Operations Manager

The Business Manager role is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of the school. This includes managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of school budgets and financial plans.
- Coordinate the procurement of goods and services, ensuring value for money and compliance with school policies.
- Oversee the management of school resources, including staff, facilities, and equipment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective school operations.
- Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and staff.
- Manage the school's human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions
