Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package that includes $65,000 - $75,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our team carries low patient caseloads and are never on call, ensuring a positive work-life balance.

Job Description

As a Hospice LPN CC with Queen City Hospice, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, implementing current nursing practice, and coordinating hospice services. You will assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education, implement pain/symptom management, and evaluate the patient's response to treatments/medications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • At least three years of nursing experience, preferably in community health, hospice, or medical/surgical settings
  • A current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
  • CPR certification
  • Demonstrated good verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
