We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers who communicate in French.

  • Job Summary: Assist French-speaking clients with power generator products, offering expert guidance and solutions via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in both French and English, and experience in technical support or a related field. They will be able to diagnose technical issues, provide clear instructions, and document customer interactions.

  • Provide Technical Assistance: Offer support for power generator products to French-speaking customers, resolving their queries and concerns.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely over the phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to internal departments as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions in our system.
  • Knowledge Update: Stay current with product knowledge to ensure effective support and accurate information dissemination.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a talented individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and has a strong ability to work independently.

  • Fundra Applied Skills: Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written).
  • Experience: Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with power generators or related products is a plus, but not required.
