- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Merchandising: Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced, and that the store is visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing returns, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that inventory is turned over efficiently.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and address potential loss prevention issues, including shoplifting and inventory shrinkage.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with Associates, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
