Salary: This role offers a competitive salary range of $125,605-$193,013 per year, reflecting the institution's commitment to compensating its employees fairly based on their qualifications and experience.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in providing top-notch care to pediatric patients with gastrointestinal and nephrological conditions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, leveraging their expertise in acute care settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide inpatient care to pediatric patients admitted to our gastroenterology and nephrology services.
  • Direct patient care, including histories and physical examinations, diagnostic studies, and developing plans of care.
  • Interact with other subspecialties and consult services to optimize patient care.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
  • Specialty certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Acute Care or equivalent.
  • Two years of clinical experience in pediatrics.
