About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at NYL - Patrick Piscitelli. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on our range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance or investment sales management
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required
