About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from interview to close, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and negotiate commercial terms
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Participate in proposal development and pitching
Requirements
  • 2+ years of commercial experience in staffing and recruitment or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of success in closing sales
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • High energy, determination, and resilience
  • Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
