Key Responsibilities
  1. Own enterprise accounts post-sale, serving as the primary point of contact for large enterprise accounts and their users.
  2. Coordinate and collect product feedback from customers, ensuring that their insights inform product development.
  3. Drive customer onboarding, helping new customers set up their projects, assets, and jurisdictions within our platform.
  4. Monitor customer usage and effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  5. Develop and implement processes to automate and streamline customer onboarding, support, and integrations.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in customer success or solutions engineering in an enterprise industrial automation, energy services, or similar environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of energy/infrastructure/utility project developer dynamics and be able to quickly get up to speed on our complex technical product.

We're looking for someone with world-class communication, promptness, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to upsell and understand an org chart to prime sales for inside product upsells upon renewal.
