We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Employee Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international clients. Your primary duties will include creating quotes for customers, liaising between customers and production, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to clarify status, production, delivery, and invoice inquiries. You will also be responsible for reviewing warranty claims, handling complaints, processing customer returns, backorders, and exchanges, and communicating internal and/or external customer requirements to superiors and team members. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for service technicians worldwide. To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed commercial training, such as industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, and have some professional experience in a similar position. Experience in customer support for international customers and in mechanical engineering is an advantage. You will also need to have experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Navision, and be able to work independently and take responsibility, with a sense of priorities.
