Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Partner to join our team at Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Assist with serving meals and dining room duties, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for residents.
  • Perform laundry and housekeeping services, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
  • Document resident care and services provided, adhering to community policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with elderly population, promoting dignity and individuality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families.
  • Ability to spend long periods on feet, with occasional heavy lifting of residents (up to 80 lbs.).
  • Free of non-treated communicable disease.
