Job Description

DMG Worldwide Inc is a well-established, mid-sized accounting firm based in the United States that specializes in providing a comprehensive range of financial services including accounting, tax preparation & planning, Tax Resolution, and Fractional CFO, Advisory services, and business consulting. As we continue to grow, we seek an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly write-up, bank/credit card reconciliations, financial reporting, and adhoc reports for clients.
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger for clients.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, including Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Process sales tax and other tax-related issues for clients.
  • Manage requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Passionate about accounting and bookkeeping.
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience or an Associate's degree in Accounting.
  • Extreme organization and strong decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of business models.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Able to pass Bookkeeping and QuickBooks testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Intermediate level of Excel.

  • Salary Range: $54,000 - $60,500 per year.
