Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to support our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient equipment placement and distribution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships with reservation management and equipment placement. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Traffic Control Manager in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with customer calls and provide support to field team members and U-Haul dealerships.
  • Help direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status.
  • Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and customer reservations.
  • Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and software.
  • Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
