Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects through their preferred method of communication
  • Manage internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Monitor company website vehicle specifications and availability
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
  • Disclose terms of sales with consumers and review sales with dealership management
Requirements
  • Customer service and/or general sales background
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers
  • Internet savvy with good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
  • Bilingual a plus
