  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive business results.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years at a sales representative role or higher.
  • BS degree or equivalent work experience.
