Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician

At Rising Eagle Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician to join our team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in restoring properties damaged by water, fire, and mold.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in restoring properties damaged by water, fire, and mold
  • Develop and implement drying plans to minimize damage and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they meet company standards and industry certifications
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of projects, including measurements, diagrams, and photos

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in water, mold, and fire damage restoration
  • At least 2 ANSI/IICRC related certifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials
