Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication with customers regarding service status updates and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct research and fact-finding to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Work effectively with customers and staff to ensure Legendary Customer Service outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and technical skills to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical support experience required.
  • GED or High School diploma preferred.
  • Proficient with computers (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of heavy equipment components and familiarity with the operation of most Caterpillar machines.
  • Experience with DBS is helpful.
  • Valid driver's license.
