Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective communication with customers regarding service status updates and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct research and fact-finding to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Work effectively with customers and staff to ensure Legendary Customer Service outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and technical skills to provide expert advice to customers.
- Minimum 2 years of clerical support experience required.
- GED or High School diploma preferred.
- Proficient with computers (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Technical knowledge of heavy equipment components and familiarity with the operation of most Caterpillar machines.
- Experience with DBS is helpful.
- Valid driver's license.
