Guard Supervision Role

Sentry Force Security LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations, communicating with location managers, and assisting the Account Manager.
- Patrol multiple locations throughout the Northern Virginia area in a company-provided vehicle.
- Assist the Account Manager with scheduling and employee management.
- Regularly inspect security officers on post.
- Maintain open communication with location managers during inspections.
- Ensure daily communication with the Account Manager.
- Provide support to security officers as needed.
- A current DCJS Unarmed Security Officer Registration.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
- Familiarity with security equipment and protocols.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A clean driving record.
- The ability to pass multiple background checks.
- An estimated annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000.
This role requires a strong understanding of security operations and excellent leadership skills.
