Job Description

This Global Security Operations Analyst role supports the Global Security Management and other business function leaders for a high-profile customer. The primary responsibilities include executing core functions of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), such as incident recognition and escalation, intelligence analysis, emergency response, product security, and physical security.

As a GSOC Analyst, you will act as a partner to teams across the security organization and the wider business, understanding information requirements, delivering timely analysis, and presenting key insights to internal stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a communications hub for the Global Security department
  • Monitor global events and assess their impact on a high-profile customer
  • Complete risk and intelligence-driven reports for Global Security and other stakeholders
  • Receive calls for help and respond appropriately
  • Provide support and participate in crisis mitigation and after-action reporting
  • Assist in sending company mass notifications
  • Monitor and communicate risks associated with supply chain assets
  • Monitor the health of all Global Security platforms and applications
  • Collaborate with Security Guard Force and other business partners to meet operational goals
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should have one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year verifiable and successful security experience
  • Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
  • Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in a related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences)

You should also have the ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors, communicate at an executive level, and make decisions under time constraints. Experience working with complex platforms and being equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Emergency Management, Business, Economics, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences, Engineering, Geography, or related field
  • Intelligence, corporate, military, and/or security experience
